Episode 14 recap: The instructors were guiding what to do.

Ran Dong Yang, along with two others, went to investigate Chen Yi Long's issue and discovered a poorly ventilated and dimly lit warehouse with high temperatures. They suspected something was wrong and decided to go inside. As soon as Yan Dai entered, she felt the temperature was too high, and her makeup started to melt. The place was also filled with trash, making her uncomfortable.

Ran Dong Yang saw this as an opportunity and took out the camera he had prepared, asking Xu Zhi Yi to film him extinguishing the fire. He pretended to start a fire and then put it out, while Xu Zhi Yi captured the footage. He intended to use this to promote fire safety knowledge and increase his popularity.

Nan Chu noticed that Ran Dong Yang and the others went to the warehouse and was concerned about their safety. Just then, Jiang Ge arrived, so they decided to go together and check the situation. Upon entering, Nan Chu and Jiang Ge saw Ran Dong Yang starting a fire, and Nan Chu immediately stepped in to extinguish it, while also advising against further fires.

Ran Dong Yang refused to listen to their advice, so Nan Chu and Jiang Ge decided to inform Lin Lu Xiao. However, Ran Dong Yang didn't want his hard-earned footage to be ruined, so he closed the door, preventing Nan Chu and Jiang Ge from leaving.

While Nan Chu and Ran Dong Yang were arguing, Yan Dai noticed thick smoke coming from beneath the warehouse. Suddenly, another warehouse caught fire and exploded. In the chaos, Xu Zhi Yi was injured by something behind her. Nan Chu quickly attended to her and then calmed everyone down, instructing them to follow the self-rescue methods they had learned at the fire station, such as staying low and waiting for rescue.

Nan Chu called Lin Lu Xiao and informed him about their trapped situation. Lin Lu Xiao immediately organized a firefighting rescue. Jiang Ge noticed a weak spot in one of the walls and asked everyone to help break it down. He made a few holes using the wall's surface and climbed up.

Once Jiang Ge reached the top, he dropped a rope to pull up the people below. Ran Dong Yang, afraid for his life, was the first to be tied to the rope and escaped. He claimed that he would help with the rescue once he got up, but once he reached safety, he ignored everyone else. Nan Chu sent the injured Xu Zhi Yi up first, followed by Yan Dai, and she was the last one to go up.

While Jiang Ge was pulling Nan Chu up, Ran Dong Yang noticed another way to escape the warehouse and immediately ran away with Xu Zhi Yi, leaving Nan Chu's fate uncertain. Ran Dong Yang and Xu Zhi Yi escaped, showing no concern for Nan Chu's well-being. Yan Dai, feeling guilty, turned back to help Jiang Ge pull Nan Chu up. However, the rope suddenly broke, and Nan Chu fell down.

Seeing the intense fire, Nan Chu worried that Jiang Ge and the others would also get trapped, so she instructed them to leave and inform Lin Lu Xiao while she stayed behind, waiting for rescue. Lin Lu Xiao arrived in time, broke down the warehouse door, and once again saved the almost unconscious Nan Chu.

Lin Lu Xiao took Nan Chu to the infirmary and stayed with her, holding her hand to give her a sense of security when he noticed she was speaking in her sleep and seemed afraid. The investigation into the fire was complete, and it was determined that the fire at Chen Yi Long's factory was due to the construction party's fault.

Ran Dong Yang's equipment, which he had left at the scene, was found by the firefighters. Upon seeing it, Jiang Ge immediately knew it belonged to Ran Dong Yang and went to find Han Dong, intending to expose Ran Dong Yang's actions and have him kicked off the program. Han Dong was aware of Ran Dong Yang's nature and was afraid that he would use this incident to create publicity and harm the newcomer Nan Chu, so he asked Jiang Ge to let him handle Ran Dong Yang's situation.

Lei Da Gang, feeling responsible due to his previous close relationship with Chen Yi Long, went to apologize to Lin Lu Xiao. Lin Lu Xiao clarified that the fire was not Chen Yi Long's responsibility but advised Lei Da Gang to keep his distance from Chen Yi Long in the future to avoid further complications.

After Jiang Ge informed Han Dong about Ran Dong Yang's actions, he went to check on Nan Chu, feeling somewhat remorseful about her being trapped in the fire. Jiang Ge didn't care whether the fire was caused by Ran Dong Yang or not, but he didn't want Ran Dong Yang to rejoin the program under any circumstances, while Nan Chu was worried that the show might be canceled.

Jiang Ge returned to see Jiang Wen De, who directly asked about Ran Dong Yang's situation. Jiang Wen De believed that Han Dong might want to downplay the issue and would not agree with Jiang Ge's opinion of removing Ran Dong Yang from the program, so he decided to handle the matter personally.

Jiang Ge wanted to handle the problem himself because he was responsible for the program. However, Jiang Wen De believed that Jiang Ge couldn't handle it and they argued for a while. After their argument, Jiang Wen De called Han Dong to put pressure on him, demanding that he immediately address the Ran Dong Yang situation.

When Nan Chu woke up, she remembered being rescued by Lin Lu Xiao at the fire scene. It felt familiar to her, so she suspected that Xu Jian Fei might not have been the one who saved her back then. Nan Chu checked out of the hospital directly and went to Bixun alone to find answers. Lin Lu Xiao and Lin Qi went to the hospital to see Nan Chu, but to their surprise, Nan Chu had already left.

During a meal together, Lin Qi asked Lin Lu Xiao about Nan Chu, wanting to know if Lin Lu Xiao liked her. Lin Lu Xiao admitted his feelings for Nan Chu but hadn't figured out their relationship yet. At that moment, the stationmaster from Bixun called, asking about an incident from five years ago when Lin Lu Xiao saved a young girl.

Upon learning that he had saved Nan Chu five years ago, Lin Lu Xiao realized that he truly liked her and decided not to eat anymore. He immediately wanted to go and meet Nan Chu. As Nan Chu returned, she called Lin Lu Xiao as soon as she got off the car. Coincidentally, at that moment, the announcement in the station informed passengers to check their tickets, and they realized they were both at the station.
