Nan Chu was very happy. The person who saved her back then was Lin Lu Xiao, and she immediately told Xi Gu about it when she returned. Lin Lu Xiao had saved Nan Chu many times and had already occupied a significant place in her heart. She had genuinely developed feelings for Lin Lu Xiao.While Xi Gu was happy for Nan Chu, he questioned whether she was happy because Lin Lu Xiao was the one who saved her or because she liked Lin Lu Xiao. Han Dong knew about Ran Dong Yang's despicable actions, but he didn't want Ran Dong Yang's lack of character to harm his company and Nan Chu. Therefore, he firmly disagreed with making the video public. Nan Chu insisted on releasing the video and had an argument with Han Dong. However, she didn't know whether her actions were right or wrong.

Xi Gu advised Nan Chu to talk to Jiang Ge about it. Nan Chu decided to go and consult with Jiang Ge first before making a decision. Huang Huai reminded Nan Chu that if she made the video public, it would mean openly confronting Ran Dong Yang, who might retaliate. Nan Chu could end up being smeared by Ran Dong Yang.

Nan Chu was determined and didn't want to be like everyone else who kept quiet about what Ran Dong Yang had done, out of fear of being implicated. She believed that by not speaking up, she would be complicit in Ran Dong Yang's actions. Therefore, she wanted to release the video regardless of the consequences. Jiang Ge was afraid that Nan Chu would be implicated but still supported her decision. As a result, Nan Chu made the video public, and online criticism against Ran Dong Yang immediately surged.

After the video was released, Ran Dong Yang tearfully went to Han Dong, begging him to help and make Nan Chu admit that she fabricated the video. Han Dong didn't agree to Ran Dong Yang's request, and they had a heated argument in Han Dong's office. Ran Dong Yang then left, and Han Dong officially announced that Bei Yao Entertainment was withdrawing from "Flaming Youth."

Lin Lu Xiao learned about Nan Chu making the video public. He knew that Nan Chu did it to help him, so he had to personally go and express his gratitude to her. Lin Lu Xiao thanked Nan Chu for her help, but he also felt responsible for the incident and hoped that Nan Chu would focus on protecting herself in the future.
