Episode 32 recap: Cherie Struggles to Find a Job

In episode 32, Mengfei was drinking alone and got heavily intoxicated. She poured her heart out to Yuanyi, and Cherie had just proposed to shut down their public account when the landlord demanded they vacate the premises, forcing the studio to cease operations. Mengfei now has nothing left and begged Yuanyi not to leave her. Yuanyi comforted her and promised to stay by her side, and Mengfei broke down in tears in Yuanyi's embrace.

The next morning, Mengfei woke up early to drink coffee, completely forgetting what she had said the night before, much to Yuanyi's amusement. Zhouaiwen frequently visits Nuomi to play, and has told Nuomi about her parents' divorce, promising to keep it a secret. Zhouquan has decided to work at Xiaodong's company, and Xiaodong eagerly welcomed him, sending the company address so Zhouquan could report to work on time.

Zhouaiwen went to play with Nuomi, and Yuqiaoqiao cooked a meal for them. Zhouaiwen still prefers the meals cooked by Zhouquan. Cherie's mother received a call from Zhouaiwen and immediately rushed back from Hainan to Suzhou, going straight to Zhouquan to understand the situation. Mengfei had the urge to get married, but Cherie and Zhouquan's divorce made her hesitant again. Cherie encouraged Mengfei to boldly pursue her own happiness, or she would regret it. Cherie went to companies to job hunt, but was rejected due to her divorce.

Zhouquan settled his own affairs and then called Cherie to have Zhouaiwen come stay with him. Zhouaiwen really liked Zhouquan's new home, and Cherie felt relieved to leave him there. Cherie wanted to do company copywriting, but the interviewer asked her to be a live-streaming salesperson, which she did not want.
