Episode 25 recap: Lv Liang seeks revenge on the Lv family.

Lv Liang becomes the new leader of the Quanxing sect and intends to lead his followers into a new world. Standing at a high place, Lv Liang recalls a childhood memory of him and Lv Huan playing at an arcade and missing the curfew. Lv Liang considers lying to cover it up, but he knows that Lv Gong can extract his memories to verify the truth.

To prevent their secret outing to the arcade from being exposed, Lv Huan uses the Minghun technique to erase Lv Liang's memory of going to the arcade that afternoon. It is the first time Lv Liang realizes that memories can be deleted and that there are hidden secrets within the Lv family, with Lv Huan learning this technique from an old lady.

When Lv Liang returns home, Lv Gong forcefully attempts to access his memories. However, since Lv Huan has already erased the afternoon memory, Lv Gong is unable to see what happened. The patriarch of the Lv family believes that Lv Gong's incompetence is the reason for his failure and scolds him severely.

Afterwards, Lv Huan returns Lv Liang's memory, and the two of them sit outside drinking beverages. Lv Liang has a sudden idea and compares his own body to a cup and the memories to soda. He realizes that if he empties his own soda and pours in the cola representing Lv Huan's memories, then who would this person be with his body and Lv Huan's memories combined?

With doubts in her mind, Lv Huan secretly sneaks into the cellar through a small hole in the desolate wall and seeks answers from Duan Mu Ying, the master of the Shuangquan technique. Duan Mu Ying, looking at the young Lv Huan, discovers that she is already the fourth-generation successor of the Lv family, and with the recent addition of the fifth-generation successor, she knows that someone will come to find her soon.

Lv Gong, under the orders of the Lv patriarch, brings the newborn baby to the entrance of the cellar. Lv Gong knows that every newly born child in the Lv family must make a trip to the cellar, suspecting that there is a secret related to the Minghun technique inside. This angers the Lv patriarch, who interrogates Lv Gong if he has secretly entered the cellar before. Learning that Lv Gong has never entered, the patriarch calms down and carries the newborn baby, descending the wooden stairs into the cellar.

Sensing someone's presence, Duan Mu Ying quickly instructs Lv Huan to hide.

Lv Huan hides behind the wine rack and witnesses the Lv patriarch extracting blood from Duan Mu Ying. The patriarch replaces the baby's original blood with Duan Mu Ying's blood, revealing the suffering she has endured. The Lv patriarch has imprisoned Duan Mu Ying for sixty years in his quest to obtain the unparalleled technique of the Shuangquan. Initially, he tried to force Duan Mu Ying to write down the secret manual, but she refused to reveal anything. So, he turned his attention to Duan Mu Ying's blood, which allowed some members of the Lv family to acquire partial abilities of the unparalleled technique. Now, he seeks a way to delete memories.

Duan Mu Ying explains that it requires learning, but she refuses to teach him. This angers the Lv patriarch, who threatens to kill her. However, deep down, he is reluctant to do so because he wants to continue using Duan Mu Ying's blood for the benefit of the Lv family. After the Lv patriarch leaves, Lv Huan returns to Duan Mu Ying's side. This time, Duan Mu Ying doesn't ask her to leave and, inspired by Lv Liang's hypothesis, finds a way to escape by transferring all her memories into Lv Huan's body, appearing at the scene of naming the child.

Lv Liang notices that Lv Huan is not as lively as usual today but doesn't think much of it. Until one day when they go to the mountains together to play, San Shu and Qi Shen witness Lv Liang pushing Lv Huan off a cliff. Lv Liang has no memory of that event, and the Lv patriarch believes that Lv Liang deleted the memory. He initially intended to punish Lv Liang according to the family's rules but couldn't bear to harm Lv Liang because of Duan Mu Ying's blood in him. Instead, he locks Lv Liang in the cellar, where he stays until he turns twenty. It's when Lv Gong goes to taunt him that Lv Liang finds an opportunity to fight back, snatches the key, and escapes from the Lv family.

Lv Liang has always wanted to uncover the truth behind Lv Huan's fall from the cliff. He is willing to join the Quanxing sect because only through them can he get closer to the truth. After extracting memories from Zhang Xi Lin and Tian Jin Zhong, Lv Liang discovers that the Lv family's affairs are indeed related to the Jia-Shen Rebellion. He intensively investigates the truth but is hindered by the rapid downfall of the Quanxing sect. He is forced to return to his starting point and is captured by the Lv patriarch, who subjects him to severe torture and cuts off his hands and feet.

The Lv patriarch believed that Lv Liang would never escape the grasp of the Lv family. However, it is precisely because of his cruelty that Lv Liang truly obtains the power of the Shuangquan technique. His limbs regenerate, and he gains terrifying abilities. Not only can he delete memories, but he can also manipulate them. Lv Gong falls victim to Lv Liang's control and ends up assisting Lv Liang in taking down the Lv patriarch. Lv Liang makes the Lv patriarch experience the power of the unparalleled technique, leaving him paralyzed in a wheelchair.

All members of the Lv family are accomplices of the Lv patriarch. Despite knowing that Lv Liang had strong feelings for Lv Huan, they never questioned Lv Liang's attempt to kill her. Lv Liang deletes all the happy memories of the Lv family, leaving them to live hollow lives for the rest of their days. It is his way of punishing them.
