Episode 5 recap: Feng Bao Bao took Zhang Chu Lan to embark on the adventure of "The Lone Journey of the Celestial Masters' Mansion."
Feng Sha Yan planned to meet up with friends, but she suddenly received a call from Feng Zheng Hao. She had to cancel the gathering and, based on the pictures on her phone, went to find Zhang Chu Lan, who had a falling out with Lu Lu Tong.Zhang Chu Lan was walking down the street, drinking beer heavily. By this time, he had consumed quite a lot and when he saw a luxury car parked by the roadside, he recognized the people inside and they rudely opened the car door and vomited.
When Zhang Chu Lan regained consciousness, he found himself in the swimming pool of the presidential suite. Being a poor person, he thought he had come to the wrong place until he saw Feng Sha Yan. Realizing that he was shirtless, he quickly swam to the poolside and grabbed a bathrobe. Zhang Chu Lan had no idea about Feng Sha Yan's identity, so he was greatly surprised and started questioning her.
Feng Sha Yan didn't like Zhang Chu Lan's greasy appearance and warned him to behave properly when meeting Feng Zheng Hao. However, Zhang Chu Lan completely lacked self-awareness and even rubbed his feet outside his shoes. Seeing Zhang Chu Lan's naive behavior, Feng Sha Yan reminded him to be careful with the vase in his hand, but Zhang Chu Lan didn't pay attention and continued to mock Feng Sha Yan. However, he soon stopped laughing because he realized that they were indeed at Tianxia Hui (World Gathering), and he quickly placed the vase down, coming to terms with the reality.
When Zhang Chu Lan met Feng Zheng Hao, he appeared very friendly. Zhang Chu Lan speculated that it was because of his Qi flow, but he explained that he actually had no control over it. Feng Zheng Hao mentioned one of the eight extraordinary techniques of the Feng family, called "Ju Yuan Qian Jiang" (Arresting and Summoning Technique). This piqued Zhang Chu Lan's curiosity, and he wanted to witness it firsthand. However, Feng Zheng Hao requested him to join Tianxia Hui and become part of their group before he could show him.
Feng Sha Yan, who is Feng Zheng Hao's daughter, is the only one who cannot perform the "Ju Yuan Qian Jiang" technique. Feng Zheng Hao intended to bring Feng Sha Yan and Zhang Chu Lan together, which made Feng Sha Yan believe that she was merely an object to be exchanged in Feng Zheng Hao's eyes. However, Feng Zheng Hao convinced Feng Sha Yan that Zhang Chu Lan was a person worthy of trust, compelling Feng Sha Yan to do everything possible to keep Zhang Chu Lan by her side.
Feng Bao Bao realized that she shouldn't decide Zhang Chu Lan's life and decided to apologize to him. Upon hearing this, Xu Si decided to transform Feng Bao Bao and made her wear a school uniform to appear more sincere. However, Xu San couldn't accept Xu Si's sense of aesthetics, so they dressed Feng Bao Bao as a fashionable city woman. This led to a heated argument between them as they attacked each other's sense of aesthetics. Liu Yan Yan, taking the perspective of a girl, suggested that Feng Bao Bao wear a floral dress and high heels, claiming that it would look good. Feng Bao Bao wasn't used to wearing high heels and fell after just a few steps, almost breaking the blinds.
Despite everything, Feng Bao Bao eventually wore the floral dress and high heels and found Tian Xia Hui. As soon as she reached the reception, she stumbled and fell. The receptionist informed her that there was no such person as Zhang Chu Lan. Undeterred, Feng Bao Bao decided to find him herself. However, Tian Xia Hui was not a place where people could enter freely, so Feng Bao Bao had to overcome various obstacles and defeat the guards to finally enter Tian Xia Hui. At that moment, news spread about a crazy woman breaking in. Jia Dashifu, as a newcomer to Tian Xia Hui, eagerly wanted to show himself in front of Feng Zheng Hao and took the initiative to intercept Feng Bao Bao.
Jia Dashifu was skilled in manipulating objects, but Feng Bao Bao couldn't fully utilize her abilities while wearing high heels. After a brief fight, she took off the hindering high heels. With that, Jia Dashifu, who was initially confident, was defeated by Feng Bao Bao. He wanted to save face and deliberately stood in front of Feng Bao Bao, demanding that she beg him. Unexpectedly, Feng Bao Bao, powerful as she was, complied without hesitation, which delighted Jia Dashifu. He then took advantage of the situation and asked Feng Bao Bao to kneel before him. Angry, Feng Bao Bao forcefully made Jia Dashifu kneel and passed by him to find Zhang Chu Lan.
Feng Sha Yan called in a top-level masseur for Zhang Chu Lan to enjoy, hoping to persuade him. However, Zhang Chu Lan still refused to join Tian Xia Hui. This angered Feng Sha Yan, who personally took action. He pinned Zhang Chu Lan down and gave him a thorough beating until Zhang Chu Lan cried out in pain and begged for mercy. Feng Sha Yan stopped at that point. Zhang Chu Lan speculated that Feng Sha Yan was being used by Feng Zheng Hao as a bargaining chip to get close to him, and he confronted Feng Sha Yan directly. This enraged Feng Sha Yan, and he used his spatial abilities to viciously attack Zhang Chu Lan. They made a deal that if Zhang Chu Lan could evade his attacks, he would let him go. Surprisingly, despite being constantly beaten, Zhang Chu Lan managed to avoid the attacks.
Zhang Chu Lan deliberately provoked Feng Sha Yan, who then punched him, sending him crashing to the floor where Feng Bao Bao was. Zhang Chu Lan saw Feng Bao Bao apologizing to him and demanded that she do a standing punishment. However, in his embarrassment, Jia Dashifu used his object manipulation abilities to ambush Feng Bao Bao. In order to keep her promise of the standing punishment, Feng Bao Bao didn't dodge and was severely injured.
