Episode 2 recap: Mu Bai disagrees with the divorce.
Wen Lan states that she agrees to the divorce and urges Mu Bai to sign the papers quickly. Shi Chu comes to the hospital to see Wen Lan, who has now regained her memories. Wen Lan realizes that her father deceived her into signing many documents while she was suffering from amnesia, in order to transfer her mother's inheritance. Now that she has regained her memories, she intends to reclaim all those things.
Mu Bai visits Wen Lan at the hospital and is surprised to see her acting intimate with Shi Chu, which frustrates him greatly. Mu Bai believes that he shouldn't sign the papers now and even if they were to divorce, it should be him who initiates it. Wen Lan packs her things to leave, but Mu Bai stops her and asks if she is playing hard to get in order to gain his attention. Wen Lan tells Mu Bai that he's overthinking and urges him to sign the papers quickly. Mu Bai kisses Wen Lan, and in response, she slaps him.
Wen Lan's father, Zhuang Wen Cheng, asks Mu Bai and Wen Lan to come back home for dinner. Mu Bai initially didn't want to go, but upon hearing that Wen Lan will be there, he decides to go back. Wen Lan returns home, and her stepmother comes forward to greet her, saying that if it were up to her, Wen Lan's mother would have died long ago. Wen Lan tells Zhuang Rou to step aside, as that's her place. Zhuang Rou refuses and claims that she is the true daughter of the Zhuang family.
Wen Lan remarks that Zhuang Rou is just a burden brought in by her mother, and asks if she is Zhuang Wen Cheng's illegitimate daughter. Wen Lan's stepmother quickly tells her daughter to go to the side.

The plot of this drama is truly amazing. I almost burst out laughing while eating lunch. It's the first time I've seen a serious and humorous tsundere CEO like this.
