Episode 25 recap: Liu Yan discovers the truth.
Mu Zhuo Hua and Shen Jing Hong were drinking together when Sun Yun Qian arrived and apologized to Mu Zhuo Hua. Sun Yun Qian felt that he had been causing trouble for Mu Zhuo Hua recently, but Mu Zhuo Hua assured him that it had nothing to do with Sun Yun Qian and was something he didn't do.
Sun Yun Qian's wife took him away, and Shen Jing Hong offered to give Mu Zhuo Hua a ride home. However, when Mu Zhuo Hua saw Liu Yan's car nearby, he approached her. Later, Mu Zhuo Hua's grandfather treated Liu Yan's mother, Yun Fei, and realized that she had been affected by the revival elixir. He knew that Zhou Hou was behind this and wrote down the incident as evidence, burying it there.
Liu Yan initially thought that Zhou Hou was afraid of her rising power, but she realized that their relationship over the years had been fake. Mu Zhuo Hua comforted Liu Yan. Xue Xiao Tang approached them and explained what had happened at that time. The Empress Dowager had summoned him and accused Liu Yan of colluding with external enemies.
