Episode 12 recap: Lin Zi Lu came to find Su Qiao.
Su Qiao decided to study hard, and his progress was evident. He went from being ranked third from the bottom in his class to thirteenth from the bottom. Su Qiao's uncle and Teacher Yu took wedding photos, and both of them were smiling happily. Fang Liang's goal was to be admitted to a sports school with a basketball focus. He wanted to be in the same university or city as Guan Jin Jin and practiced basketball diligently every day.
Guan Jin Jin was also working hard on her revisions, but whenever she was with Fang Liang, they would play around and joke. Fang Liang wanted to kiss Guan Jin Jin, but she evaded him.
Fang Liang apologized to Guan Jin Jin, and she gave him a quick kiss, expressing her hope that they could be together in the future. Su Qiao noticed fireflies in the classroom and went in to investigate, only to find Lin Zi Lu there.
It turns out that Lin Zi Lu had made an agreement with his father. If Lin Zi Lu could go a year without contacting Su Qiao and get into college, his father would stop interfering in his life. Su Qiao said that he didn't want to forgive Lin Zi Lu, but Lin Zi Lu embraced Su Qiao and kissed him.
