Episode 12 recap: Li Xiaoxiao's secret crush on Xu Jiacheng was exposed.
While having a meal together, Li Xiaoxiao and Xu Jiacheng were settling the bill when Xu Jiacheng unintentionally discovered a photo booth picture of himself in her wallet. He immediately guessed Xiaoxiao's feelings for him. That evening, Xu Jiacheng found Ye Han and asked if Ye Han knew about Xiaoxiao's feelings for him. During the dinner with Xiaoxiao and Xu Jiacheng, Ye Han didn't want to see her pretending to be unaffected in front of Xu Jiacheng, so he took her outside, embraced her, and claimed his authority by kissing her.
After Xu Yan's mother-in-law revealed her identity, Xu Jia Lin realized that she had made a big mistake. After Xu Yan escorted her away, she told her that her behavior today was too much.
