Episode 5 recap: Xu Jia Cheng confessed his feelings to Tong Yi Wen.
Lu Zheng couldn't change his habits. Not only did he still go to nightclubs to admire beautiful women, but he also dragged Ye Han and others along to cover up his womanizing behavior. Li Xiao Xiao admitted to Ye Han that she didn't regret creating the coincidental encounters. At least she made some effort for her love. Ye Han stated that their encounter was purely coincidental.
Xu Jia Cheng and Tong Yi Wen visited the underwater world. This time, Xu Jia Cheng explained a lot about different fish species. Tong Yi Wen admired his knowledge, realizing that he had done his homework in advance. He had never seen Xu Jia Cheng so serious, not even during the college entrance examination. As Tong Yi Wen and Xu Jia Cheng walked away, Ye Han couldn't stand to see Li Xiao Xiao in such a miserable state because of her secret crush, so he advised her to give up. However, Xiao Xiao couldn't let go and loudly confessed that she had liked him for many years. Before she could finish her sentence, Ye Han covered her mouth, and Xu Jia Cheng, who had forgotten his keys, walked in on them. He explained that he didn't see anything.
Li Xiao Xiao accidentally injured her waist while with Ye Han, and when she went to the hospital, she was told it was a pulled muscle and that she could only stand. So the two of them took a bus home, and to help Li Xiao Xiao stand steadily, Ye Han held her tightly.
