Episode 21 recap: The conflict between Fu Yun Shen and Fu Xizhou deepened when Fu Yun Shen punched his brother.
When Mr. Jiang learned that his son was injured abroad because of Fu Xizhou, he went to find him. They had a dispute, and Fu Xizhou became enraged when Mr. Jiang insulted his mother. In his anger, Fu Xizhou grabbed Mr. Jiang by the throat. Fu Yun Shen arrived and quickly pulled his brother away.
Afterwards, Fu Yun Shen hurriedly took his mother to the hospital. Mr. Jiang started to worry that Fu Xizhou might harm his son in the future, although he didn't mind what happened to himself. His biggest concern was Fu Yun Shen's well-being. Mr. Jiang told Fu Yun Shen that true freedom comes with power and agreed that Fu Yun Shen should reclaim what rightfully belonged to him, on the condition that he wouldn't tell his grandfather about Sun Cheng's situation. Later, Fu Yun Shen went to the company and learned from Chen Le that everyone had been called to a meeting by Professor Yuan. Nobody wanted to attend, but they had no choice but to go.
Fu Xizhou had originally asked his secretary to buy something for Gu Ruan Ruan, but after considering it for a while, he decided against it. He felt that he should handle this matter himself. Mr. Jiang had wanted Fu Yun Shen to have dinner with Zhou Zhi Zhi tonight, but Fu Yun Shen refused.
