In 2018, at Xiangnan High School, Tao Tao had just gotten off the bus when she was accidentally bumped into by Zuo Luo. Her phone fell to the ground, and Zuo Luo accompanied Tao Tao to buy a new phone.
Holding the new phone, Tao Tao was taking photos when Ye Fan happened to ride his bicycle into her frame. Ye Fan turned his head and told her that the tree-lined road in Xiangnan was beautiful and suggested places for her to take pictures.
Ye Fan noticed Qian Chuanhe standing in front of Tao Tao with a bouquet of flowers. He rushed over and hugged Tao Tao, confessing his love for her and expressing that he couldn't be without her. Qian Chuanhe pulled him away and asked what he was trying to do. Ye Fan hadn't yet understood what was happening and asked Qian Chuanhe what he wanted. Zuo Luo quickly came over and pulled him away, informing Ye Fan that Qian Chuanhe was genuinely confessing his feelings to Tao Tao.
Although Tao Tao is still alive, she no longer remembers anything about her past with Ye Fan. Ye Fan told her that his favorite thing was red bean shaved ice, and she used to frequently order it from a shop near the school. However, Tao Tao told him that she had never tried shaved ice before.
He went to the shaved ice shop they used to visit together and asked the owner about the photo wall there. Uncle Ding, the owner, told him that there had never been a photo wall and that he didn't remember Ye Fan either. It was at this moment that Ye Fan realized that everything had changed, possibly due to the phone call he made.
He hurried back to the dormitory and found that specific phone.
It's somewhat reminiscent of the old Orange Game featuring Yi Yangqianxi (Jackson Yee). The female protagonist travels back in time to save the male protagonist, and once he survives, he then travels back in time to save her.
This cycle continues, but eventually, the two of them break up... I'm looking forward to this drama; I quite enjoy this type of storyline.
