Episode 6 recap: Ma Cheng Jun's scheme or plot.
Upon seeing the photos of Xiao Mo and Lin Yan together, Ma Cheng Jun was immediately furious. He might not love Lin Yan, but he wouldn't allow anyone to interfere with her. He stormed off to the parking lot, wanting to teach Xiao Mo a lesson, only to be beaten up by Xiao Mo himself.

Today, the Lin family held a board meeting, and under Xiao Mo's escort, Lin Yan entered Lin Corporation. Ma Cheng Jun pretended to welcome Xiao Mo and proactively extended his hand. Xiao Mo shook Ma Cheng Jun's hand, knowing that he wanted to assert control over him. He immediately squeezed Ma Cheng Jun's hand tightly, causing him pain. Lin Yan wanted to enter the board meeting, but Ma Cheng Jun used the pretext that Xiao Mo was just a lowly bodyguard to stop him from entering.
The board members confronted Lin Yan, intending to force her to step down as the chairman of Tengfei Corporation and give up the land. However, Xiao Mo had already investigated the situation and knew it was a trap set by Ma Cheng Jun. If Lin Yan couldn't handle the situation, she would be forced to step down. If she obtained the land, Ma Cheng Jun would make a significant profit. It turned out that the land had issues and couldn't be developed at all. It was a deliberate scheme orchestrated by Ma Cheng Jun to extract money from the Lin family.
