Dongchen Group's former chairman "瘐(Yu)" died in prison! - I dare say that more than 80% of the general public don't recognize the character "yu" ... But let's get back on track. Zhang Hanyu, portraying the domineering CEO, has a charm that is difficult to describe. I seem to see in him, all at once, the calmness and composure of Gu Zidi, the unwavering sense of justice of Song Gongming, and the resourcefulness of Yang Zirong...

I dropped it after the first episode. Can we please be objective and not demonize HR just to create chance encounters for the male and female leads or to make the female lead face difficulties? The way HR is portrayed is ridiculous. It makes human resources professionals look like idiots. If you don't know any better, you would think all HR people are like this. It's infuriating.

Although the plot may have its forced moments, it is still better than recent low-intelligence dramas I've seen, such as "The Most Splendid Us" and "Incomparable Beauty." This is probably due to Zhang Han Yu's composed performance, although it's clear that this type of drama and character are not suitable for him.
However, Lan Ying Ying's pitiful appearance and her tendency to overact, pretending to be carefree, portraying characters as stubborn, paranoid, and arrogant, make it unbearable to watch.
Moreover, Li Zi Xiong is disgusting. He was already a detestable actor during his time in TVB, and his appearance in the drama made me instantly drop it.
Li Li Qun, this old trash, can't be satisfied with making money in mainland dramas. He even had to force his ugly daughter into the show, shameless.
Xu Xiao Sa acted like a cheap, low-class person, and throughout the entire drama, while everyone else was focused on their careers, all it could think about was its private parts. It always found a way to bring everything back to relationships between men and women, it's really annoying. No one in the drama cares about its private parts, but look how desperate it is!

Awful! What happened to Zhang Han Yu? Accepting a drama like this, working with such a screenwriter and such a female lead, I really have to say thank you! Lan Ying Ying is more suitable for playing Huan Bi; being a jewelry designer doesn't suit her. Her exaggerated acting is embarrassing, uncomfortable, and irritating. It's like sitting on pins and needles, like a thorn in the back, like a fishbone stuck in the throat!

Although it was filmed several years ago, I like the theme of jewelry! My favorite moment was in Episode 10 when they were appraising the diamond, and they said, "Fake is fake!
This line should really be given to all the counterfeit goods in the entertainment industry. I hope your bubble keeps getting bigger, and I look forward to the day when your bubble bursts.
I really like Zhang Hanyu! Gu Xingyan, keep up the good work!

There are occasional brainless plotlines, but compared to other urban dramas, the proportion of brainless moments is quite low. Overall, it's pretty good. There's no overly melodramatic romance between the male and female leads, and the female lead rarely has those moments of being intellectually absent. At the beginning, Zhang Han Yu's performance seemed a bit off, but within three episodes, it started getting better and better. He truly lives up to his reputation as a seasoned actor.

Lan Ying Ying has a persevering look. Personally, I suggest she try playing a rural Mary Sue character when she gets older. The TV series inexplicably has a rustic feel to it. Upon checking, I realized it was filmed five years ago but only aired now. In just five years, fashion has developed so rapidly. Zhang Han Yu seems like a discharged soldier transitioning to office work. Uncle, please give up on romantic scenes. Your face just doesn't match the sweet and tender vibe. Hong Kong actors have a certain quality just by sitting there. Let's just watch the plot for fun.

I really don't know what kind of screenwriter could write such a melodramatic drama spanning 45 episodes. I also don't understand why Zhang Han Yu would choose to act in something that shoots himself in the foot. I don't get why everyone in the show uses an iPhone 8 either. According to the comments, it was supposedly filmed many years ago (in 2018), but I don't know why it took so long and turned out to be so terrible.

I watched Zhang Han Yu's scenes by skipping through the drama... It didn't affect my understanding of the plot since there wasn't much of a plot anyway... Director Lin is really handsome... And then, surprisingly, there was no romantic storyline with the female lead... It's strange to have a purely career-focused setup for the male and female leads in a TV drama, but for Zhang Han Yu, it seems like such a setup isn't unusual...

My family watched this, and I reluctantly watched a few episodes. It's a disaster! The plot lacks any logical sense, and the workplace scenes make me want to roll my eyes. The halo around the female lead is blinding my eyes! Are Zhang Han Yu and Lan Ying Ying's onscreen relationship serious?! And there's a design director who relies on selling the assistant designer's work and plagiarizing the female lead's designs for a living. It's truly outrageous~
It's already 2023, please, let's banish these kinds of dramas! It's only worth one star.

This drama is so ridiculous. From beginning to end, it's all about one person plotting against another, and there isn't a single episode where they peacefully do business. They portray women in such a disgraceful manner, suggesting that they would betray and sell their souls due to emotional dissatisfaction. Women are not like that. And that Li Yuan Yuan is way too, too ugly! Her teeth are unbearable to look at. They say she's Li Li Qun's daughter, but it doesn't mean they have to use his daughter just because they used him. It's absolutely beyond words.

Fortunately, there are only 46 episodes. If there were 20 more episodes, do you believe Gu Xingyan could become the richest person in the world? Does Lan Yingying's character, who has no human flaws whatsoever, not get boring? Watching her act overly cute every time really leaves people speechless. This drama lacks any sense of reasonability; even online pulp fiction doesn't come up with such nonsense!

Lin Yi and Gu Xingyan, I can barely accept them. But couldn't they find someone more handsome to play Lin Yi's younger brother? Well, I guess not. If they found someone more handsome, it might overshadow his brother. But that character Qingqing praising him as handsome and a fresh-faced young man, how can she say that? How can that line be delivered with a straight face? And when Lin Yi's younger brother was kidnapped, why did Director Luan and Gu Xingyan say he was so cute? No, how can they say that? And why did they say it even when he was wearing glasses? ... It feels forced. Also, I really struggle to accept the voice of Lin Yi's younger brother.

The business competition feels like child's play, and the process of vying for the spokesperson role is like a noisy game of make-believe, with every difficulty deliberately created. Well, what bothers me the most is that during the important live broadcast of the competition, why couldn't they just add the fish in a separate layer, and if they couldn't finish it in time, delete it directly and have a backup plan? Or is it a KPI requirement for the jewelry design in this drama to be completed in a single layer flow? The supporting characters don't seem to have any time planning skills. Does it mean that the protagonist, as a top-tier designer, doesn't have them either?
