Episode 10 recap: Tu Qian Zhou returns to the team.
After completing his mission, Tu Qian Zhou has to return to the team. He feels reluctant to leave Wan Yu, but she doesn't understand why he went out alone. Tu Qian Zhou tells her that he may not be able to accompany her until the end and that he has to return to the team. He wants to arrange a separate room for her before he leaves. Misunderstanding his intentions, Wan Yu sadly leaves, turning her back to bid him farewell.
The students greatly admire Tu Qian Zhou's archery skills, impressed by his effortless ability to hit the bullseye. The team members criticize Tu Qian Zhou for abandoning them at a critical moment, leaving right after they formed the team. The next round is the group stage, and if one person leaves, the remaining members won't be able to compete. Tu Qian Zhou has no choice but to leave with his luggage. Jin Xin Xin despises Cao Xia for almost hurting Shu Chen and even considers using him to kill the conductor. However, he finds some satisfaction in knowing that Cao Xia indirectly taught Tu Qian Zhou a lesson. Cao Xia instructs Xiao Guizi not to engage in any treasonous acts.
In light of Tu Qian Zhou successfully completing his mission, the conductor grants him a vacation to rest and congratulates him for finally escaping the days of dancing and singing. Tu Qian Zhou is relieved that Cao Xia has been dealt with, but he still worries about Shu Chen's safety, as the mysterious person in black was not found during the audition. Shu Chen assures him not to worry about anything else and to enjoy his break. However, Shu Chen notices that Tu Qian Zhou intentionally finds various reasons to stay, so she allows him to stay and continue to undercover in the academy to expose the mastermind behind the scenes. The next day, Wan Yu wakes up and realizes that she slept beside Tu Qian Zhou. She vaguely remembers the embarrassing scene from the night before.
