Episode 12 recap: Tong Yu Xin remembered her dream
Tong Yu Xin's mother was feeling frustrated because Tong Yu Xin hadn't come back for a long time. She went to find her and discovered Tong Yu Xin in the car with Tang Yu Tong. Tong Yu Xin came out holding a notebook and said she was studying. Tong Yu Xin's mother said that if Tong Yu Xin could sing her song on the software and reach the SSS level within three days, she would allow Tong Yu Xin to continue being a singer.
Tong Yu Xin had no choice but to practice every day, but after practicing for a day or two, she could only reach the S level. Tong Yu Xin felt that it was impossible for her to become a singer and decided to go back to her hometown with her mother. Tang Yu Tong told Tong Yu Xin not to give up, but Tong Yu Xin left directly.
When Tong Yu Xin came out, she happened to meet Liang Te Te. Liang Te Te had just taken Tong Yu Xin out to eat various delicious foods and said that the most important thing in life was to be happy every day. Tang Yu Tong had been waiting there and felt frustrated when he saw that Tong Yu Xin had been gone for so long without returning. Liang Te Te bought barbecue for Tong Yu Xin, but Tong Yu Xin felt that she couldn't eat it because it wasn't good for her voice. Liang Te Te mentioned that he didn't sing anymore, and Tong Yu Xin thought there was some truth to that.
Liang Te Te went to buy milk tea, and Tong Yu Xin saw a person playing the guitar on the grass nearby, which reminded her of something from her past. The man said he needed to go to the restroom and asked Tong Yu Xin to watch his guitar for him. Tong Yu Xin looked at the guitar and couldn't help but start playing it.
