Episode 19 recap: Wu Hao's shoulder injury relapsed, and the Zhou Yu team finished second in the relay race.
Even though Zhou Yu managed to secure second place in the high jump, Liang You Guang still recognized his abilities, while Gu Luo was worried about Gao Feng. Gu Luo believed that Gao Feng's mindset was a major issue, and if he could adjust well, they would definitely be able to defeat Wang Ji Fei.
After the race, Zhou Yu and Gao Feng went to the locker room to study Wang Ji Fei's game videos and reflect on their own performance. Gu Luo and Liang You Guang went to meet them in the locker room and advised them not to be disheartened by the failure but to focus their energy on how to defeat their opponents.
When Liu Hai Bo left, he showed off in front of Gu Luo and Liang You Guang, which angered them. They smiled and expressed that once their team members grew stronger, they would surely defeat Wang Ji Fei and prevent Liu Hai Bo from progressing.

Wu Hao couldn't participate in the competition, which made Zhou Yu and the others unhappy. They rushed to check on Wu Hao's condition, but to their surprise, when they reached the hotel room door, they heard Wu Hao calling out, which frightened them.
Zhou Yu and the others rushed into the room to check on him, but Wu Hao casually emerged from the bathroom, stating that he had just been scalded by water. Wu Hao appeared relaxed and assured everyone that he would have many opportunities to compete with Zhou Yu and the others in the future, and they shouldn't worry about him. Although Wu Hao seemed relaxed, Zhou Yu and the others were still concerned about him, while Shen Liang felt triumphant and busied himself by asking Zhou Yu and the others about his own swimming performance, but they were not interested in responding to him.
As the finals were about to begin, Liang You Guang and Gu Luo encouraged all the team members, analyzing the situation and instilling confidence in themselves.
Liang You Guang advised Gao Feng not to exert too much effort in the early stages of the race but to hold on tightly to Wang Ji Fei in the later stages, with hopes of defeating him. Liang You Guang reminded Zhou Yu to have confidence in himself, believing that Zhou Yu would have a perfect start. Gu Luo and Liang You Guang analyzed the opponents' situation and aimed to create a gap, preventing Wang Ji Fei from overtaking them in the end. Therefore, they placed Zhou Yu in the first leg and had Gao Feng swim the anchor leg.
While everyone was preparing for the relay race, the team doctor delivered good news that Wu Hao would be able to participate in the competition. Liang You Guang immediately went to inform Zhou Yu about Wu Hao's availability, which happened to be overheard by Shen Liang, leaving him angry.
Soon, Gu Luo went to the locker room and announced the final race lineup, officially bringing Wu Hao onto the field and replacing Shen Liang. Shen Liang was dissatisfied with being replaced once again, unable to understand or suppress his anger despite Gu Luo's explanations.
Zhou Yu and Wang Ji Fei were both in the first leg, allowing Gao Feng to avoid direct competition with Wang Ji Fei and have a good mindset. However, despite their excellent teamwork, they fell just short of securing first place. After losing the race, Zhou Yu and the others were a bit disappointed and self-blaming, but Liang You Guang and Gu Luo comforted them, explaining that they had anticipated this outcome and were still very satisfied with Zhou Yu and the team's performance, which exceeded their expectations.
During the award ceremony, Liu Hai Bo and Wang Ji Fei once again showed off in front of Liang You Guang and the others. Although Zhou Yu and the team were resentful, they believed they would definitely win against Wang Ji Fei next time. Zhou Yu gradually overcame his jumping issues, finding his own rhythm and believing that he would swim better and surpass Wang Ji Fei.
After the race, Gao Feng went to the room to see Gao Chong, thinking that his performance would earn him some praise. However, he was met with constant criticism from Gao Chong. Gao Chong was completely dissatisfied with Gao Feng's results and couldn't see any effort from him, continually praising Zhou Yu's performance in front of Gao Feng, which made Gao Feng unable to bear it.
Without waiting for Gao Chong to finish, Gao Feng ran off, feeling upset. He could only confide his troubles to Gu Li.
