Episode 1 recap: Su Banxia encountered betrayal and met Jiang Shaoheng.
Su Banxia is a fashion designer who recently received a sudden invitation to a cocktail party, which made her extremely busy, working late nights consecutively. Su Banxia planned to finish her tasks quickly so that she could celebrate her one-year anniversary with Wei Gaoyang. Sang Le tentatively asked Su Banxia if she still couldn't accept taking the next step with Wei Gaoyang. To help Su Banxia break through, Sang Le specially prepared a black lace dress for her.
That evening, Su Banxia decorated the room romantically and called Wei Gaoyang, but there was no answer. Outside the hotel room, Su Banxia found a dropped invitation card, recognizing it as Wei Gaoyang's. At that moment, she heard Wei Gaoyang flirting with another woman through the slightly open door. The next day, Su Banxia learned that Jiang Shaoheng was much younger than she had thought and wanted to quietly leave. However, Jiang Shaoheng stopped her. They met again at the cocktail party that evening, where Su Banxia discovered that Jiang Shaoheng was actually from the Jiang family.
