Due to technological limitations, the forensic examiner suggested that Captain Li send the remains to the city forensic laboratory, as there might still be a glimmer of hope.
After Gao Yang was released, he went to find Lei Nai Wu. He pretended to remind Lei Nai Wu to think carefully about who he might have offended. Lei Nai Wu was very cautious and looked at Gao Yang, asking how he knew where he was and how he could save him.
Gao Yang quickly responded, saying that Chen Guangfa had contacted him out of concern for Lei Nai Wu's safety, which was why he had come.
