Episode 7 recap: Yue Yue made a mistake.
Tian Tian feels that there's no way to understand why these employees, who are quite good, are being fired. Shen Mi expresses her opinion. Tian Tian's aunt, even though she works at the front desk, only knows gossip every day. Dr. Chen is deceitful, lazy in her work, and as for Yue Yue, her resume is fake. And as for Wen Jing, it seems like she has worked everywhere, but she can't do a good job anywhere. She lacks her own opinions.
Tian Tian says that although employees come and go in their hospital, they have never fired anyone. They are a hospital with a human touch. Shen Mi says it has nothing to do with a human touch. Since they are a pilot hospital, they want the most professional hospital. These doctors, including Hu Shi, are simply not professional. She doesn't want such employees.
Tian Tian says that someone brought a dog named Huan Huan over, and Dr. Chen quickly examined Huan Huan. Yue Yue prepares to administer medication to Huan Huan. Yue Yue is doing makeup over there, takes a look, and hands the items to Wen Jing to do it.
Tian Tian receives a phone call saying that Pang Qiu is sick again, and there is no one to take care of him except Tian Tian. Shen Mi drives over and offers to give Tian Tian a ride. Tian Tian arrives and examines Pang Qiu, finding that he has feline distemper, but luckily there is no bloody stool, so medication will help.
Pang Qiu's owner says they will go and make tea for Tian Tian and the others. Shen Mi suggests that they should get to know each other better by asking and answering questions. They exchange a few words but end up arguing. Shen Mi mentions that one day Tian Tian got drunk and leaned into someone's arms, even though she wasn't close to Gu Ming Ze. Tian Tian says at least she is closer to Gu Ming Ze than she is to Shen Mi.
Tian Tian also mentions that Han Meng Nan was quite aggressive at Shen Mi's grandfather's house that day, and it seemed like there was something wrong with her.
The two of them couldn't continue the conversation and had to give up. When Tian Tian returned to the hospital, she found that Huan Huan's owner was causing a scene, accusing them of harming Huan Huan.
Tian Tian quickly investigated and found out that they were supposed to administer pain relief medication but mistakenly gave Huan Huan cefuroxime. Fortunately, they have resolved the situation and Huan Huan is fine now. Shen Mi went to handle the situation, signed a confidentiality agreement with Huan Huan's owner, and provided compensation. He won't disclose the incident. Shen Mi says that this matter is not over yet, and either Wen Jing or Yue Yue must take responsibility for it.
Yue Yue says it's not her fault since Wen Jing was the one who administered the injection in the end. Wen Jing admits that she did administer it but claims it's not her fault for the mistake. Tian Tian and the others say that Wen Jing has been here for many years and it's unlikely for her to do something like this. Yue Yue says they are all acquaintances, so they only help Wen Jing and bully her.
Shen Mi suggests firing both of them, and Chen, the doctor, and others are not happy about it. They say that if that's the case, they will also leave. Shen Mi finds the medicine bottle and discovers Yue Yue's lipstick on it. Now it's clear that Yue Yue was responsible. Tian Tian tells Yue Yue to leave, and Yue Yue has no choice but to go.
Shen Mi reads what Tian Tian's aunt wrote, saying that she only writes gossip and needs to learn how to be a receptionist. Shen Mi says that if they can achieve half of the target revenue within three months, they won't be fired.
Tian Tian wants to shoot an advertisement to promote their hospital, but her actions are always stiff. Shen Mi says that if it weren't for Tian Tian, even stray dogs wouldn't find owners, and they should all be grateful to Tian Tian. They shoot the advertisement together, and it is successfully completed.
