Episode 19 recap: Mayor Dou is overthrown, and Lin Bao'er returns.
When Xue Tong's father was still the mayor, the people loved and respected him, but he was eventually killed. Zhu Guanwen learned that Lin Bao'er had left and searched everywhere but couldn't find any trace of her. Zhu Guanwen believed that as long as Lin Bao'er was still in town, she would eventually appear.
