Episode 6 recap: Jing Qi Er and Ying Jie Fu have a competition.

Sai Mudan is very pleased with Jing Qi Er's tea pouring skills, but Uncle Er questions how she could have learned it so quickly. At that moment, Ying Jie Fu comes out and claims that she should be the bride chosen by Huan Yun Hua. Sai Mudan hesitates, and Uncle Er suggests a way to test who is more like a proper young lady.

The competition begins with the first test of feminine virtues. Ying Jie Fu recites the Three Obediences and Four Virtues, but Jing Qi Er strongly disagrees and argues that men should learn masculine virtues instead. She even asks Huan Yun Hua if she's right or not, and under Jing Qi Er's threat, Huan Yun Hua reluctantly agrees with her. Uncle Er believes that Ying Jie Fu is correct, but Sai Mudan agrees with Jing Qi Er's statement and is even more pleased with her. She mentions that Huan Yun Hua's father did the same thing back in the day. In the first round, Jing Qi Er wins.

In the second round, they compete in embroidery. Jing Qi Er struggles to even thread the needle, so Huan Yun Hua declares on her behalf that she admits defeat. Ying Jie Fu feels triumphant. In the third round, they have to discern which of two handbags is genuine and which one is fake. Huan Yun Hua wants to help Jing Qi Er, but Uncle Er stops him. After careful inspection, Jing Qi Er confidently points out the real bag and explains her reasoning. Uncle Er asks her why she thinks so, and Jing Qi Er confidently explains her reasoning. Uncle Er reluctantly announces that Jing Qi Er is the winner. Sai Mudan is delighted, and she questions Ying Jie Fu about her intentions for pretending to be the "Young Madam." Ying Jie Fu improvises and claims to be the personal maid of the Young Madam, saying that she was trying to test whether Huan Yun Hua was truly devoted to Jing Qi Er. Jing Qi Er can only go along with the story.

It turns out that all of this was Huan Yun Hua's idea.
