Episode 3 recap: Xu Gang Ren confessed to his wife.
Xu Gang Ren moved with his wife to another residence arranged by the company. Although it wasn't as luxurious as the villa they had stayed in before, it was sufficient for the two of them. Xu Baoyi and Xu Gang Wen also arrived in Beijing, and Xu Gang Ren initially thought that his siblings would only stay temporarily, but to his surprise, they wanted to stay in Beijing.
The so-called company-assigned house they were currently living in was actually a hotel secretly arranged by Xu Gang Ren. The daily expenses were not cheap, and Xu Gang Ren didn't know what to do next. After all, he hadn't informed them about his job transfer. Xu Gang Ren took the opportunity before the CEO arrived at the office to delete the resignation letter from his computer. However, when he was about to return the computer, he almost bumped into the CEO. Fortunately, his colleagues helped him delay the time.
Little did he know, the CEO had already seen the resignation letter on his phone while in the car. Later, he called Xu Gang Ren into his office. Xu Gang Ren clearly stated that he would increase the value of the land by five hundred million, or he would resign.
