Episode 7 recap: Jiang Tian and Wu Jing Fang resigned.
Liu Jing Li told Jiang Tian not to forget that she had promised to resign if she couldn't complete this project. Jiang Tian was ready to leave, and Wu Jing Fang wanted to leave with her, but Jiang Tian told her not to lose her job for her sake. Wu Jing Fang felt that if she wasn't there, there was no point in staying at Litong. Qian Lao Ban came to find Liu Jing Li and told her that his friends were all interested in investing, and they had made many meaningful suggestions. Liu Jing Li asked Jiang Tian to draw the design draft according to Qian Lao Ban's requirements. Jiang Tian told him that the clients might be foolish, but her design draft couldn't be foolish.
Qian Lao Ban asked who was foolish, and Jiang Tian told him it was him. If he thought the design draft was so easy to draw, he should do it himself. As a result, Qian Lao Ban terminated the contract with them and their company. Liu Jing Li brought up this matter and reminded Jiang Tian not to forget what she had said in the beginning, that if they couldn't secure this deal, they would leave voluntarily.
Liu Jing Li told Jiang Tian that if she begged him, there might still be a chance to salvage the situation. Jiang Tian snorted and walked out of the company. Wu Jing Fang saw Jiang Tian leaving and quickly followed.
Wu Jing Fang told her that Qian Lao Ban was just an idiot, so it was useless to get angry at him. Jiang Tian told her she knew all of that, but her design draft was her bottom line. Wu Jing Fang reminded her if she remembered that many years ago, in her family in Chengdu, they had hired a renowned designer from Beijing. At that time, Jiang Tian, as the assistant to that designer, was also involved in that design. She sought Wu Jing Fang's opinion and created a sunroom that Wu Jing Fang loved.
Wu Jing Fang told her that it was since then that she became interested in home interior design, as she found it to be a very heartwarming thing. She believed that Jiang Tian was an incredibly talented designer in her heart. Jiang Tian told her that she couldn't stay at Litong anymore and probably wouldn't have the chance to bring her along in the future.
Wu Jing Fang said that since Jiang Tian was resigning, there was no point in staying there for her either. So the two of them left Litong together. Jiang Tian received a message from Fang Yuan Qing, thanking her and saying that she had made him better and that if they weren't lovers, they would have been good friends.
Fang Yuan Qing also sent Jiang Tian's belongings to Jiang Tian. Jiang Tian threw the ring she had in her hand into the box. Wu Jing Fang asked why she bought such a big box, and Jiang Tian told her it was her past.

Wu Jing Fang told her that she didn't want her to go back to Beijing. Jiang Tian didn't understand why. She thought that if she went back to Beijing, Wu Jing Fang could live here alone and do whatever she wanted. Wu Jing Fang told her that she had learned a lot from following her and wanted to continue being her assistant.
Lin Xiao Xiao called Zhou Ye Wen out for a meal, saying there was a girl involved. When Zhou Ye Wen arrived, he discovered it was Wang Ke Han. Zhou Ye Wen reminisced about his wonderful high school life with Jiang Tian and couldn't help but laugh.
There's simply no such designer in real life. Since it's a service industry, although they can use their professional expertise to design for homeowners and add some creativity, there's no one who stubbornly insists on their own ideas.
It's important to speak in a more tactful manner, as offending homeowners would only lead to financial issues and losing one's livelihood.
