Episode 20 recap: Lu Jiang's refusal to marry meets opposition from his family.
Upon learning about the current difficulties of Pan Shi Group, Lu Jiang took the initiative to talk to Pan Yue Yang about the matter. He volunteered because he was the only one who knew how to approach Pan Yue Yang without upsetting him. Su Pan agreed with Lu Jiang's idea. Recently, the company's affairs had exhausted her, and she didn't know how to face Pan Yue Yang.
Xu Mai, accompanied by Xu Jia Yin, searched many hospitals but couldn't find Yan Qing Qing. He grew more anxious and, disregarding Xu Jia Yin's advice, wanted to go and ask Xu Ke Ji for clarity. Lu Shan suddenly arrived at the hospital and advised Pan Yue Yang to urge Lu Jiang and Su Pan to get married quickly so that Lu Jiang could legitimately intervene in the company's affairs. However, Lu Jiang didn't want to get married and could only make excuses to avoid it.
Lu Shan remembered seeing Lu Jiang carrying Xu Jia Yin upstairs and suddenly asked if Lu Jiang was the one at fault. Lu Jiang was overwhelmed by Lu Shan's words but couldn't respond aggressively, so he used the excuse of taking a one-hour break to pull Lu Shan away.
