Episode 6 recap: Fang Runsheng might be Fang Lian's son.

After returning from the Fang residence, Li Canglang bought food and drinks, and the three of them exchanged information while drinking. Li Canglang first mentioned what Qiuniang had said, leading him to speculate that Fang Runsheng was not Mr. Fang's biological son but rather one of Fang Lian's twins. Jiang Li noticed the nature of Fang Runsheng's wound, which didn't seem like a weapon-inflicted injury but rather like a scratch from an animal. Shen Xiuning discovered that Fang Runsheng was lying, so to prove it, he intentionally fought with Jiang Li to test his reactions. During a fight, a person instinctively uses their arms to block attacks, but Fang Runsheng's wound was on his forearm, indicating that it was caused while fighting someone else over a weapon.

Jiang Li thought that she wouldn't get drunk in the game, so she started drinking without restraint. However, she ended up getting heavily intoxicated. When Shen Xiuning saw that she was drunk, he began taking a bath. While he was bathing, Jiang Li suddenly turned around, causing Shen Xiuning to panic and accidentally pull her into the bathtub. The two of them even kissed while Shen Xiuning anticipated Jiang Li's next move. However, Jiang Li fell asleep on his shoulder.

The next day, they went to find Fang Runsheng, but he wasn't at home. Jiang Li took Shen Xiuning to see a traditional Chinese doctor, who also treated her for nightmares after finishing Shen Xiuning's prescription. Jiang Li secretly said a few words to the doctor, who then prescribed medication for her as well. Li Canglang helped them boil the medicine, but Shen Xiuning accidentally consumed Jiang Li's medication called "Yueyue Shu" (a traditional Chinese herbal remedy).
