Episode 10 recap: Beishuo encounters someone.

Ming Ya asks how the prime minister knows that Beishuo killed the person. Ming Ya explains that they asked Beishuo to come and help them buy pastries. When Beishuo arrived, they found that something had happened and the person was already dead. The prime minister argues that this is only Beishuo's side of the story. Ming Ya points out that while people can lie, the body cannot. It had rained earlier that day, but the ground beneath the body was dry, indicating that the person had died before the rain. It couldn't have been Beishuo who killed them.

Since there is evidence, the prime minister has nothing more to say. Ming Ya takes Beishuo away. Beishuo writes a note in Ming Ya's palm, saying they want to go back to where they were before. Ming Ya wonders why Beishuo didn't say so earlier and they both return. Beishuo finds a note here with the name of an inn written on it.

Ming Ya and Beishuo arrive at the inn. The prime minister's men have been following them and see them enter the inn. There is a woman here who is the daughter of Beishuo's father's deputy general. Ming Ya explains that Beishuo was injured before and they saved them. The woman presents evidence of the prime minister falsely accusing them of rebellion and says that if Beishuo believes in Ming Ya, she believes in Ming Ya too. She hopes that Ming Ya can help clear their names.

Ming Ya agrees. When the prime minister sees Ming Ya leaving, he brings his men in to search but is surprised to find that Ming Ya is still there. Ming Ya remarks that the prime minister dares to investigate them.
