Episode 16 recap: Ming Ya arrives in the new world.
Ming Ya tells His Highness that he has misunderstood, as his last name is Ming, but he is not famous. Bei Shuo tells Ming Ya to hurry up and cook, and Ming Ya asks if Bei Shuo can give her a little more time. Bei Shuo gets closer to Ming Ya and says he will give her a little more time. Bei Shuo leaves first, and Ming Ya thinks he is a man without boundaries.
Bei Shuo says he is fighting for justice. Bei Shuo takes Ming Ya to meet the tattoo artist, but Ming Ya feels something is wrong because there is no one around. Ming Ya pulls Bei Shuo, wanting to leave first, but they are suddenly attacked by men in black. Ming Ya and Bei Shuo regain consciousness, only to find themselves tied up. Bei Shuo admits they fell into a trap.
Ming Ya notices some broken pieces of bowls nearby and uses them to cut the ropes. Ming Ya realizes that Bei Shuo no longer vomits upon contact and successfully retrieves the data fragments. Dr. Li appears and tries to take the data fragments, but Bei Shuo refuses. Ming Ya returns to the mission world and asks the AI if it is the gatekeeper, but the AI doesn't know.
Ming Ya arrives in the new world, this time as a chef. Bei Shuo has anorexia, and Ming Ya's task is to cure him. Other chefs have failed to make Bei Shuo eat, and Bei Shuo says it's now the turn of Ming Ya, the famous chef. Ming Ya clarifies that Bei Shuo has misunderstood, as her last name is Ming, but she is not famous.
