Episode 17 recap: Liu Chang Ge loses his appetite because of Bai Zai Zai.

Shen Yi threatens Bai Zai Zai, demanding that she bring him the Tiger Token and Liu Chang Ge's head within half a month, or else he will destroy her master's soul. After Shen Yi leaves, Bai Zai Zai sits dejectedly on the ground. Liu Chang Ge is busy, but when Wang Zongguan brings Bai Zai Zai back, Liu Chang Ge is pleasantly surprised. However, Bai Zai Zai coldly says she wants to rest in her room, then turns and walks away, locking the door behind her.

When Liu Chang Ge notices that Bai Zai Zai hasn't left her room for several days, he becomes deeply concerned and visits her. Unexpectedly, Bai Zai Zai holds a sword to Liu Chang Ge's neck. Liu Chang Ge closes his eyes, showing no intention to resist, but Bai Zai Zai is unable to harm him. Angrily, she throws the sword to the ground and leaves.

After Bai Zai Zai departs, Liu Chang Ge is heartbroken. He goes without eating or drinking for several days, and Wang Zongguan is extremely worried but unable to help. He knows that the prince is in trouble. Wang Zongguan goes to find Bai Zai Zai and informs her that the prince took the Tiger Token and went to the Third Prince's residence. Bai Zai Zai becomes anxious upon hearing this and blames Wang Zongguan for not informing her earlier. Wang Zongguan cries and explains that the prince forced him to take an oath and instructed him to wait for one hour before seeking Bai Zai Zai's help. Wang Zongguan also reveals that back then, the prince only treated Shen Xing as a sister, and he could tell that the prince is truly happy only when he is with Bai Zai Zai, the White Guard.

Bai Zai Zai immediately bursts into tears, blaming herself for causing harm to Liu Chang Ge. She decides to go to the Third Prince's residence immediately to save Liu Chang Ge.
