Episode 23 recap: Liu Chang Ge defeated Shen Yi decisively.
Shen Yi ordered General Wang to bring in the bride. Liu Chang Ge was shocked when he saw her and hurriedly shouted not to harm Bai Zai Zai. General Wang removed the bride's veil, revealing that she was not Bai Zai Zai but a highly skilled female assassin. Shen Yi realized that General Wang had never truly obeyed him.
