Episode 7 recap: Liu Chang Ge agrees to marry Gong Sun Qing.

Bai Zai Zai, while nibbling on a carrot, thinks to herself that it would be better if she weren't a rabbit immortal. Wang Zongguan and his men arrive and see Bai Zai Zai sitting alone, lost in thought. He scolds her for not protecting the Second Prince and slacking off. Angrily, Bai Zai Zai goes to find Liu Chang Ge and asks him why, with his strong martial arts skills, he still needs her as a guard and when they will be able to find Bai Yu Yu. Liu Chang Ge explains that as the esteemed Second Prince, he can't just attack those people whenever he wants. As for Bai Yu Yu, he knows she is with the Third Prince, and once she emerges, his subordinates will be able to find her.

Liu Chang Ge kindly suggests to Bai Zai Zai that she doesn't need to stand guard but can sit by his side instead. Bai Zai Zai is delighted and asks what she can do for Liu Chang Ge. He asks her to fan him and keep him cool, but accidentally she bumps into Liu Chang Ge's head, leading to a playful chase between the two.

Witnessing Liu Chang Ge's happiness, Wang Zongguan, who just entered, thinks to himself that it has been a long time since he has seen the Second Prince so joyful. General Gong Sun Zan enters to meet the Second Prince and personally mentions that his sister, Gong Sun Qing, has always admired the Second Prince. Liu Chang Ge says that although Miss Gong Sun is both beautiful and talented, these matters depend on fate.

Gong Sun Zan's expression changes dramatically upon hearing this, and he expresses his regret to Liu Chang Ge. Liu Chang Ge quickly stops him and immediately announces that he can marry Gong Sun Qing in two months' time. Gong Sun Qing arrives at the Wang residence with an arrogant air, and Bai Zai Zai suddenly senses a demonic aura emanating from her.

Gong Sun Qing requests to stay at the Wang residence, stating that it would allow her to discuss and plan the shared carriage project with Liu Chang Ge at any time. However, Liu Chang Ge politely refuses, saying that since they are not yet married, it would be inappropriate.
