Episode 11 recap: Hu Xiaodie confronts Liu Feifan.

The students staged the Wang Lili case on the street, and Hu Xiaodie cautiously passed by, unsure of how to react. Hu Xiaodie finds Manager Wu and expresses her disapproval of the exploitation of Wang Lili's death for publicity. Manager Wu sees it as a business opportunity and mentions that investors are coming and they should leave soon. Hu Xiaodie remarks that Manager Wu is now willing to do anything for money. Watson asks her if she played the female lead, to which Hu Xiaodie responds that she has moral boundaries.

Unable to reach an agreement with Manager Wu, Hu Xiaodie is kicked out. She immediately thinks that the person who previously arranged a meeting with Wang Lili is likely Liu Feifan. The two of them start shouting downstairs, but no one responds except for a note that is handed to them. Watson suggests that Liu Feifan wants to meet her that night. Hu Xiaodie believes he must have something to hide, as he wouldn't dare to meet face to face otherwise.

They then start fantasizing about how Liu Feifan murdered Wang Lili. Hu Xiaodie believes it was a crime of passion, while Watson speculates that after knocking out Wang Lili, Liu Feifan went back when he realized he smelled like red wine, and upon seeing Wang Lili still alive, he strangled her. Hu Xiaodie agrees that it must be how things unfolded, and Watson admits to merely following her lead in guessing the truth.

San Ye finds Wang Lili's pet turtle and tells it that his days haven't been good since her death, suggesting that it would be better off staying with him. The man immediately bows down in gratitude, thankful that San Ye spared his life.
