Episode 6 recap: To treat others as they treat you.
Luo Hong was threatened by Qin Sheng with a photo and was forced to fake a breakup with Peng Jin Xi. Luo Xian was kept in the dark and stood up for her sister, only to later find out that Luo Hong and Peng Jin Xi's breakup was fake. Gouzi said Qin Sheng is up to no good; last time, Qin Sheng reported Peng Jin Xi for opportunism and even had Qin Zhao Gao find someone to frame Peng Jin Xi and have her imprisoned as an example.
Peng Jin Xi went to Qin Zhao Gao to ask for bubble gauze and also wrote a breakup promise letter, asking Luo Xian to deliver it to Luo Hong. Qin Zhao Gao witnessed this scene and finally felt relieved. According to the agreement, Qin Zhao Gao would give him the bubble gauze and promised to give him monkey hairbands.
Today, Luo Xian received his first paycheck, but as soon as he returned home, Luo Shi Fu took the money away. He claimed it was to save it for his future marriage, but who knows if he will use the money to buy alcohol. Luo Hong was angry and annoyed, unable to figure out if Peng Jin Xi used the fake breakup as a condition for Sun Shufen and Peng Jinxiu to work at the supply and marketing cooperative.
Peng Jin Xi deliberately told her family that she hired people to make swim trunks and could earn 240 yuan a month. Sun Shufen was also present but couldn't keep her big mouth shut. The next day, she told Qin Zhao Gao's wife about it, and soon Qin Zhao Gao also found out and wanted to earn money together.
Peng Jin Xi wanted to borrow land from Qin Zhao Gao, and Qin Zhao Gao readily agreed, but of course, he had his own conditions.
Qin Zhao Gao's condition was that they work together and split the profits fifty-fifty. He also wanted Peng Jin Xi to sell swim trunks with Qin Zhao Gao's wife. But when she brought Peng Jin Xi to the city tower, there was no one there.
Luo Shi Fu blamed his daughter for taking matters into her own hands and praised Qin Sheng for being good to him. Qin Sheng came to the Luo family overnight but couldn't bring up Luo Hong's meeting with the children of officials. Qin Zhao Gao's wife was selling goods on the beach. Peng Jin Xi decided to treat her in the same way she treated others and had someone take a photo of her selling swimsuits, nearly being caught by Qin Zhao Gao.
After developing the photo, Peng Jin Xi took him to the place where swim trunks were made to take more pictures. The sound of the camera shutter caught the attention of Qin Zhao Gao's wife. Despite Sun Shufen providing cover, Qin Zhao Gao's wife still went out and saw Peng Jin Xi.
Peng Jin Xi pretended not to hear and quickly ran away. Afterwards, Qin Zhao Gao and his wife asked Peng Jin Xi what had happened, but they didn't discover that Peng Jin Xi secretly had someone take photos. Peng Jin Xi finally felt relieved and took the camera with him.
Qin Sheng noticed the photographer and threatened him to leave, even kicking and damaging his camera.
