Episode 22 recap: Xiao Ma Que did not lose her memory.
After being taken to the hospital, Xiao Ma Que slowly regained consciousness, and her mind was filled with memories of her time with Jin Mu Lai. It turned out that 008 couldn't bear to erase Xiao Ma Que's memories of Jin Mu Lai because he had witnessed how happy they were together. He seemed to understand his brother's determination to stay here.
As the final moments arrived, 008 had to leave Earth alone and return to his own planet, Kamula. Xiao Ma Que remembered the beautiful moments she had with Jin Mu Lai and couldn't help but burst into tears. Suddenly, she remembered something and saw that the clock on the wall pointed to twelve o'clock. Without hesitation, she jumped off the hospital bed and quickly ran out of the hospital, shouting Jin Mu Lai's name loudly.
At that moment, Jin Mu Lai, covered in injuries, walked unsteadily in the alley where they often passed by. He thought that Xiao Ma Que must have forgotten about him, so his heart was filled with disappointment. Suddenly, Jin Mu Lai heard Xiao Ma Que calling his name, but he thought he was hallucinating.
Xiao Ma Que stood behind him, watching him in a lost and helpless state, feeling both sad and heartbroken. She caught up to him, going crazy as she scolded and blamed Jin Mu Lai for hiding and enduring so much pain without her knowledge. Then, all of a sudden, she hugged Jin Mu Lai tightly, and Jin Mu Lai realized that Xiao Ma Que hadn't forgotten him at all. He turned around and embraced Xiao Ma Que tightly as well.
