Episode 11 recap: Liang Xi, who was not dead, killed Feifei to keep it a secret.
Yuan Shengjie took a video of Tu Wennuo and Wei Xiaochen in bed and went to Feifei for verification. Feifei confirmed that it was real, but he couldn't believe that Wei Xiaochen would do something so intimate with Tu Wenno. He felt that Wei Xiaochen seemed to have a split personality. Feifei knew that Yuan Shengjie also had doubts, so he took the initiative to investigate Wei Xiaochen. He discovered that when Wei Xiaochen talked about Tu Wenno, she didn't have any feelings for him, and she was certain that Tu Wenno only wanted to use her identity as Mrs. Jin. However, Wei Xiaochen had feelings for Yuan Shengjie, but she felt guilty for causing harm to him and was afraid to get close to him again, fearing that she would further endanger Yuan Shengjie.
When Wei Xiaochen arrived at the company, Tu Wenno warmly greeted her and affectionately shook her hand, assuming that Wei Xiaochen had come to change clothes and reminded her that she could wake him up before going back. Wei Xiaochen declined Tu Wenno's intimacy at the company and the two quickly went to attend a meeting. Through a video conference, Tu Wenno proposed a plan to build a central treasury, which would provide better security for the drug lords' illicit money.
Mr. Shindo had been cooperating with Mrs. Jin, and he felt that betraying her was unethical. Tu Wenno had Wei Xiaochen show herself, using Mrs. Jin's identity to reassure Mr. Shindo and quickly reached a cooperation agreement. Yang Junjie, upon learning that Mr. Shindo, a major client, had been taken away by Tu Wenno, did not care because he believed that no matter how much money Tu Wenno made, he would eventually share it with them. However, Mag didn't think so. She was worried that doing nothing would lead to losing control of the situation.
Yang Junjie knew that Young Master Long had disappeared, and it must have been Tu Wenno's doing. So he decided to meet with Tu Wenno. In order to please Wei Xiaochen, Tu Wenno went with her to visit Feifei and personally cut up food to feed him. This made Feifei uncomfortable, but he knew that Tu Wenno was trying to play the emotional card to win Wei Xiaochen's favor. He quietly told Wei Xiaochen that Yuan Shengjie was waiting for her call.
Wei Xiaochen refused Tu Wenno's offer to accompany her upstairs and gave him a gentle kiss before quickly sending him away. When Yuan Shengjie saw Wei Xiaochen kiss Tu Wenno, he felt heartbroken. After meeting with Wei Xiaochen, he hinted that she didn't need to make such an effort, but Wei Xiaochen didn't understand his meaning. Instead, she felt guilty for causing Yuan Shengjie's suspension and it left Yuan Shengjie unable to express his grievances.
Yuan Shengjie learned that Tu Wennuo was planning to establish a black gold treasury on the artificial island and asked his former team members to help investigate. However, even with the assistance of police experts, they couldn't find any clues. So the team members gave the blueprints to Yuan Shengjie. Yuan Shengjie and Wei Xiaochen agreed that the location of the black gold treasury would not be marked, and it would require stable temperature and environment with many air conditioners. Based on this, they started searching for the treasury's location, but there were too many possible places, and they couldn't pinpoint it.
Suddenly, there was a power outage. Yuan Shengjie realized that larger air conditioners would require higher voltage. Using this condition, they narrowed down the possible locations and had Officer Kang and his team go to inspect. However, the construction personnel in charge explained that they had prepared backup power equipment due to the trend of electric cars, perfectly accounting for the abnormal voltage. It turned out that when Yang Junjie met with Tu Wennuo, he mentioned the black gold treasury on the artificial island. To be safe, Tu Wennuo had already switched to a backup location and changed it again after learning that the police had been there.
Yang Junjie wasn't worried at all about Tu Wennuo changing the location because he had planted a spy by Tu Wennuo's side who would find out no matter what. Finally, Feifei managed to connect the phone number he had been trying to call. The person on the other end just said "hello" and hung up, but Feifei felt a strangely familiar voice. He kept comparing it and finally confirmed that it was the real Liang Xi who was still alive. He didn't have time to inform Wei Xiaochen before Liang Xi came to him, begging him not to reveal her secret.
Feifei immediately realized that it was Liang Xi who had slept with Tu Wennuo and framed Yuan Shengjie. He knew that Liang Xi wanted to kill Wei Xiaochen and live on as Wei Xiaochen. Feifei refused Liang Xi's request and in response, Liang Xi killed him to silence him. Wei Xiaochen and Yuan Shengjie were devastated when they learned about Feifei's murder. They returned to Feifei's place to investigate and discovered that the figurine on the table had a hidden camera.
Wei Xiaochen knew that Feifei had a habit of backing up files and had a dedicated account for it. By hacking into it, they watched the video of Liang Xi killing Feifei. The tears in Liang Xi's eyes made them suspect that she was the real Liang Xi.
