Episode 23 recap: Su Ying's company is facing a crisis.
Due to the tampering of Su Ying's design, defects have emerged. Despite Qin Yun Sheng's vigorous efforts, the hospital has decided to give Su Ying a chance to compete, but Su Ying doesn't understand and gets angry with Qin Yun Sheng. Qin Yun Sheng is alone in Su Ying's house when Su Ying's mother arrives, startling her.
Since Su Ying's design did not meet the hospital's requirements, the expert panel believes that Su Ying is not suitable for this project. However, Qin Yun Sheng strongly advocates for another designer to be brought in for collaborative initial drafts, followed by a competition to determine the superior design. Qin Yun Sheng agrees to this approach, and surprisingly, Mi Bai is the first one to support it.
Meanwhile, Su Ying is having a conversation with Jiang Dong. Tian Mei, who made unauthorized changes to the design, has caused dissatisfaction for Jiang Dong. When Su Ying comes out, she blames Tian Mei for making unauthorized changes to the technical draft. At that moment, the hospital calls and asks Su Ying to come in because the design has been leaked.

As Hui Xuan drives to pick up Xu Ming Shi, Su Ying calls twice because she is in a bad mood and wants Hui Xuan to go singing with her. Hui Xuan reluctantly agrees, disappointing Xu Ming Shi. This was supposed to be their first date together, and it gets ruined by someone else.
After Qin Yun Sheng returns home, he plans to cook a meal for Su Ying and explain things to her. However, Su Ying goes out to sing and drink with someone and doesn't come back.
All the colleagues in Su Ying's studio gathered at the KTV to sing together, and Hui Xuan continuously comforted Su Ying, feeling that Qin Yun Sheng was indeed too kind-hearted. Qin Yun Sheng was alone at home when he heard a knock on the door.
