Episode 8 recap: Zhou Ye and Qimiao are officially dating.
Zhou Ye starts pursuing Qimiao relentlessly and sends her flowers every day. Fang Luoluo, seeing all the gifts, asks if they're from her boyfriend and takes out the card inside, reading it aloud: "Announcing to the world, Miss Qimiao is already taken." Zhou Ye gives Qimiao a large bouquet of flowers, and at that moment, Fang Luoluo takes out the card and loudly reads it, announcing that Miss Qimiao is taken.
Shortly after, Qimiao receives a bubble tea, and before she finishes it, a hamburger is delivered. Just as she sits down to eat the takeout, a cake arrives, and as she opens the cake, she receives another bouquet of flowers. After work, Qimiao goes to Zhou Ye's company, where relatives send him balloons. This time, she comes to him voluntarily to let the whole world know that he is taken. They go to a restaurant, and Zhou Ye presents her with a necklace. Zhou Ye changes his tone and asks to borrow some money, saying that in order for one person to remember the other, they either have to borrow money or fall in love with each other. He gently holds Qimiao's hand and says they'll never be apart, shouting in joy. Qimiao, who once swore not to fall in love before meeting Zhou Ye, now wants to announce their relationship to the world.
Their relationship quickly intensifies, and they give themselves completely to each other.
