Episode 11 recap: Su Wei An returned to his country without saying goodbye.
The next morning, Su Wei An thanked everyone and felt a bit embarrassed, but Gu Yun Zheng hugged her from behind. Gu Yun Zheng said that his medical mission was over and he had to go back to his country. He hoped that Su Wei An would go back with him. Su Wei An didn't respond, and Gu Yun Zheng thought she was angry. Su Wei An denied it and said that she didn't want Gu Yun Zheng to change any decisions because of her.
They sat together and watched the sunrise, hoping that these beautiful days could last a little longer. On the way back, Su Wei An already felt very happy and didn't dare to ask for more. When Gu Yun Zheng was at work, he called his grandfather and informed him that he might not be able to come back for his grandfather's 80th birthday. His grandfather immediately guessed that Gu Yun Zheng must have a girlfriend, and Gu Yun Zheng didn't refute it.
His grandfather was very happy and asked him to bring his future daughter-in-law back as soon as possible. The reason Gu Yun Zheng wanted to return a bit later was to celebrate Su Wei An's birthday first. After Jiang Mu Ying returned home, she started gossiping about how far Su Wei An and Gu Yun Zheng had progressed recently. Su Wei An also mentioned that Gu Yun Zheng had confessed his feelings to her. Su Wei An suddenly received a call from her mother, who informed her that her aunt had been diagnosed with a movement disorder and hoped that her daughter could come back for a visit.
Originally, in the evening, Su Wei An was supposed to go and meet Gu Yun Zheng, but when she arrived at the door, she couldn't bring herself to go in. After all, she also had a movement disorder, and this illness could potentially be fatal and hereditary. So Su Wei An didn't want to burden Gu Yun Zheng.

After returning to her home country, Su Wei An quickly returned to her home, where everything was still very familiar, just as it was when she left. Jiang Mu Ying also showed Su Wei An a photo of Gu Yun Zheng, and now the only thing Su Wei An could do was to let him rest well. Su Wei An visited her aunt, who even contemplated giving up her beloved violin because of the illness.
