I initially thought this drama would have some awkward or unrealistic moments, given its medical background. However, the episodes that have been aired so far have pleasantly surprised me. The integration of medicine and romance is done very well, and the pacing is also well-controlled.
Gu Yun Zheng, though seemingly aloof, is not devoid of human emotions. Su Wei An, despite escaping due to illness, doesn't give up on himself and remains proactive. It can be said that this is my favorite drama of the year.
