Episode 8 recap: Su Wei An is critically injured and in a precarious condition.
Gu Yun Zheng asked Jiang Mu Ying if she had ever been sick, but Jiang Mu Ying said she had never been ill. Gu Yun Zheng still found Su Wei An's behavior somewhat unusual. Although the attending doctor said there was no major issue, Gu Yun Zheng decided to have a comprehensive examination done for Su Wei An's safety.
When Su Wei An woke up in the morning, the attending doctor informed her that Gu Yun Zheng was very concerned about her and had stayed until he saw that she was safe before leaving to rest. Fang Ming Fan separately approached Gu Yun Zheng and Jiang Mu Ying, but they seemed to show no concern for Su Wei An's condition on the surface.
