Episode 7 recap: Mei Ao was reprimanded by Murong Hanbing.

Mei Kaishao and Yan Ru were walking and chatting on the street. Yan Ru keenly noticed someone following them. They silently agreed and went to Jisheng Hall. The person who was following them also followed suit and ended up being caught in the trap set by Mei Kaishao and Yan Ru. The divine doctor was afraid of any casualties and quickly reminded the two. Yan Ru and Mei Kaishao kept circling around the person who was following them. Eventually, they managed to gather information. Mei Kaishao, with an imposing manner, confronted Murong Hanbing and questioned why he sent someone to track her. Murong Hanbing honestly admitted that he was concerned about her safety.

Mei Kaishao accused Murong Hanbing of tracking her because the person who was following her had a tracking notebook that recorded all her actions. Murong Hanbing had no words in response, and Mei Kaishao angrily left. Mei Kaishao helped Yan Ru sell products and organized a promotion, playing a big wheel game. Depending on where the pointer landed on the number of silver taels, customers could purchase items at a discounted price. This attracted numerous shoppers, and they also implemented a membership discount system.

Mei Ao arrived with Mei Tayan and berated Mei Kaishao, insisting on disciplining her. Just as he raised his hand to strike Mei Kaishao, Murong Hanbing tightly held his hand, causing Mei Ao to grimace in pain and not dare to act arrogantly. Mei Kaishao did not express gratitude towards Murong Hanbing. Instead, she impolitely asked him to leave, stating that one day she might become the wealthiest woman in the Great Desert Kingdom herself.
