Episode 15 recap: Zheng Zhe knows the secret of the candle.
At this moment, Shan Yu heard Min Ying's voice. Just as he was about to shout, Zheng Zhe covered his nose and dragged him into the woods, accusing Shan Yu of forcing him. Zheng Zhe came to deliver a mobile phone to Min Ying. He returned the phone to her, but Min Ying saw bloodstains on it. Zheng Zhe lied, saying he accidentally scratched his hand. Min Ying did not suspect anything.
After calming down Min Ying and sending him back, Shan Yu went to look for his body but found that Shan Yu had disappeared. Shan Yu had returned to the car ten years later. Min Ying saw that Shan Yu's abdomen was severely injured and hurriedly took him to the hospital. Meanwhile, Zheng Zhe was also at the hospital, taking care of his grandmother and waiting for Min Ying. Suddenly, he had a flash of himself attacking Shan Yu in his mind. When he looked up, he saw Shan Yu being brought to the hospital injured, with a worried Min Ying following closely behind.
Quietly, Zheng Zhe went to the ward and overheard a conversation between Min Ying and Yin Xun. That's when he learned that they had actually used the candle to travel through time. Ten years ago, Zheng Zhe had always believed that he had stabbed Shan Yu, but seeing Shan Yu unharmed at school left him confused about what had actually happened. While searching the car, Min Ying found the only remaining candle and wanted to go back in time to resolve the issue without involving Shan Yu. However, at that moment, he received a call from Zheng Zhe, who informed him that their grandmother was critically ill and urged him to return.
Shan Yu woke up in the hospital room, unable to understand why Zheng Zhe wanted to kill him. Meanwhile, Min Ying returned home and didn't find their grandmother but instead found Zheng Zhe sitting there coldly.
