Episode 3 recap: Princess Xia wants to get rid of Feng Lili.
Shen Yuchuan has been thinking about the woman who knocked him out. He orders his subordinates to find the owner of the script, which makes his loyal guard very happy. Finally, his master has come to his senses. Both Princess Xia and Feng Lili are staying at Lady Zi's place. When Xia wakes up in the morning, she finds Feng Lili sleeping beside her and deliberately kicks her off the bed. Feng Lili mistakenly thinks it's because of her poor sleeping posture. At that moment, a maid comes to report that Shen Yuchuan is looking for a woman who has lost a script. Feng Lili mistakenly believes it's about settling scores with her and becomes frightened.

Feng Lili manages to hide in a boat and intends to escape, but Shen Yuchuan arrives shortly after. He finds Feng Lili in the cabin and forcefully removes her veil. Shen Yuchuan recognizes Feng Lili at a glance, and the two of them almost capsize the boat in their struggle. Shen Yuchuan wants to take Feng Lili back with him, but she suddenly faints.
As the physician examines Feng Lili's pulse and finds nothing abnormal, he suspects that she is pretending to be asleep. Shen Yuchuan looks at the scroll in his hand and realizes that Feng Lili is pretending. He starts to suspect that she is the person destined for him. Shen Yuchuan wakes up Feng Lili, who was pretending to be asleep, and demands that she explain her origins clearly, or else he will kill her.
