Episode 7 recap: Mo Xiaoran is determined to marry.
Shen Yu Chuan, preoccupied with getting Mo Xiaoran to drink, doesn't seem eager to proceed with the marriage and glances at Feng Lili beside him. Later that evening, Shen Yu Chuan sees Feng Lili sitting alone in the courtyard and assumes she feels troubled about the impending marriage. He advises Feng Lili that if she marries him, she must be devoted and focused; otherwise, he will divorce her.
Feng Lili actually hopes to be divorced. She admits to only pretending to poison Shen Yu Chuan and her intention was solely to leave. Shen Yu Chuan agrees to grant her freedom after some time has passed, which brings great joy to Feng Lili.
