Episode 7 recap: Li Chang Sheng returned to the clinic.
Ma Chong Feng admitted that he had been too focused on quick success and neglected to consider the consequences. However, he also wanted to keep at least one university student in the village. Li Chang Sheng stated that if he wanted to return to the clinic, Ma Chong Feng needed to apologize to him. Ma Chong Feng immediately apologized, and Li Chang Sheng requested him to apologize on the radio. Subsequently, Ma Chong Feng publicly apologized and reflected in front of the entire village.
Bai Shi Zhou organized and planned the ancestral hall, excitedly introducing it to Li Chang Sheng. To his surprise, Li Chang Sheng was angry and asked where his belongings were placed. She also praised Bai Shi Zhou, saying that he was a good kid who didn't know any better. She believed that he would not disappoint in the future because, at this moment, he surely recognized his mistake. Bai Shi Zhou was impressed when he saw the cabinets Ma Chong Feng brought, stating that he had done an excellent job, making them look as if they had never been dismantled.

As the two were about to argue, Ma Chong Feng intervened and welcomed them to work together in the clinic, providing medical care and solving problems for everyone. Wang Ya Nan brought cleaning solution to Wu the accountant, suggesting that it could be used to clean the junk from the computer keyboard. Wu the accountant dismissed the idea and left. In the clinic, a villager mentioned that they had a slight fever and wanted some medication. Li Chang Sheng advised that a temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius didn't require medication, and it would be sufficient to go home and apply a cold compress. The villager then sought medical attention from Bai Shi Zhou, who wanted to conduct an electrocardiogram. However, the villager returned to Li Chang Sheng, ultimately receiving two prescriptions.
Upon learning that Li Chang Sheng and Bai Shi Zhou were ignoring each other, Ma Chong Feng felt frustrated. Da Gezi brought the computer from Wu the accountant's office, stating that it shouldn't go to waste. Wu the accountant expressed that he would gradually learn to use it. In the evening, Bai Shi Zhou approached Wang Ya Nan, expressing gratitude for her contribution of the computer during the day. However, he mentioned that the lack of patients was the biggest problem despite having all the necessary equipment.
