Episode 4 recap: Zhang Peng felt guilty in his heart for stealing and breaking the urn.

He Er Qing is the leader of a gang in the southern part of the city. He went into hiding a few years ago after getting into trouble, and now that things have calmed down, he has returned to the southern part of the city. His former subordinates went to pick him up, but they have started to look down on him. He Er Qing exerted his dominance by making one of his subordinates take off his fur coat and put on a suit jacket suitable for the weather in the south. They all got into a car and left together.

He Er Qing asked about his former territory and learned that it had already been divided among others. He demanded that his subordinates give him their current territory, but the subordinates, who had become complacent after being in charge for several years, forgot that He Er Qing was a ruthless character. Not only did they allow their subordinates to mock He Er Qing, but they also complained about their own financial difficulties in front of him, claiming that they had many subordinates to support.

He Er Qing didn't react immediately. When the cars reached a deserted section of the road, he gave a secret signal to his brother Ling Qian in the car behind. As a result, the people in both cars were beaten up. The frightened subordinates quickly begged for mercy, kneeling on the ground and promising not to speak again. The person who had spoken excessively earlier was singled out and instructed not to utter a word in the future.

After Zhong Yu Nan and Wang Lei made money together last time, they were determined to make another big deal. They arranged to meet at the Sito Instant Noodles Restaurant. Wang Lei arrived first and sat there without ordering anything, which annoyed the owner. When Xu Wei Biao arrived, the owner quickly complained to him.

Xu Wei Biao believed that they should determine the hierarchy among themselves. He immediately declared himself as the leader, Wang Lei as the second-in-command, but Zhong Yu Nan disagreed. In his opinion, Wang Lei, who had the strongest fighting ability, should be the second-in-command, and he himself should be the leader. In the end, they had to temporarily set this matter aside.

This time, Zhong Yu Nan planned to bring everyone to help the developer remove the holdout residents. Wang Wei Guo, who knew Zhong Yu Nan's identity, refused to sign any contracts and paid the money upfront. Xu Wei Biao, Lin Zhi Hua, Zhang Peng, Wang Lei, and Zhong Yu Nan arrived at the alley and found that many people refused to leave. They tried to carry them out forcefully, but as soon as they cleared someone out, that person would immediately run back inside. This approach was not effective, so Zhong Yu Nan sought advice from one of his subordinates responsible for loan sharking. He specifically brought a blunt knife to intimidate the residents in the alley. At first, this tactic seemed to work, but when they encountered a tough guy, it quickly became ineffective. They couldn't bring themselves to be truly ruthless, so they had to retreat in defeat.

Zhang Peng secretly teamed up with Lin Zhi Hua and Zhong Yu Nan to steal the property certificate of a person known as "Zaier Ye." Zhang Peng, thinking that although he likes to take things without permission, this act of breaking into someone's house was a first for him. Lin Zhi Hua, knowing that Zhang Peng loves money, quickly persuaded him, and Zhang Peng happily climbed over the wall.

"Zaier Ye" was sound asleep, and Zhang Peng successfully stole the property certificate. As he looked up, he saw a memorial photo hanging on the wall and was startled, causing him to knock over a table and drop the urn. "Zaier Ye" heard the noise and woke up. Sensing the danger, Zhang Peng quickly ran away. As he climbed over the wall, he coincidentally encountered two members of the law enforcement team. He claimed that he had forgotten his keys and had to climb over the wall. Taking advantage of their distraction, he ran away. Unfortunately, luck was not on his side this time. There was a wall blocking his path, but unexpectedly, "Zaier Ye" stated that nothing was missing and ordered the law enforcement officers to let Zhang Peng go.

Zhang Peng felt guilty and returned the property certificate to "Zaier Ye," who then slapped him. Knowing he had done wrong, Zhang Peng used all his money to buy the best urn from Wang Lei. Wang Lei only took a small amount and returned the rest to Zhang Peng. Zhang Peng went to deliver the urn to "Zaier Ye" and saw Ding Yi and his men vandalizing "Zaier Ye's" home. He immediately went back to find Xu Wei Biao and the others. The five of them joined forces and defeated Ding Yi, forcing "Zaier Ye" to reluctantly move out of the home he had lived in for decades.

He Er Qing confronted Jie Zi seeking revenge for being betrayed by him in the past. Jie Zi, knowing he couldn't admit to it, used cunning words to claim that he was late that day and didn't go to meet He Er Qing. But He Er Qing knew the truth and took satisfaction in seeing Jie Zi's four fingers being chopped off. Suddenly, he disabled Jie Zi's other hand, leaving him unable to continue his criminal activities, while Ding Yi and his gang took over the territory. Chaos ensued in the streets, and the people dared not speak up.

He Er Qing set his sights on a dance hall and had Ling Qian destroy it to lure out She San, who was behind the scenes. She San initially thought it was Jie Zi playing tricks and didn't pay much attention to it. However, this time he encountered a tough opponent and had to admit defeat, ultimately giving the dance hall to He Er Qing.

The southern part of the city had been thrown into chaos by Ding Yi recently, prompting the police station to conduct an investigation in order to improve public security. However, this was merely a temporary solution, and the root of the problem still needed to be addressed—finding a way to eliminate the malignant tumor.
