Episode 5 recap: Chu Man saved Jiang Min Min.
When Manager Sun saw Jiang Min Min feeling unwell, he immediately looked around and pulled her to a nearby room. Inside the room, they were planning to execute a scheme, but to their surprise, there was no one there. Earlier, Sun and Zhou Lin had conspired to create some inappropriate videos involving Jiang Min Min and her senior.
Upon realizing that nobody was present, Manager Sun was about to make advances towards the person on the bed. However, Jiang Min Min, who had regained some clarity, prepared to resist but lacked the strength to fight back. Finally, Chu Man herself arrived at the scene and immediately knocked Manager Sun to the ground, leaving him to his companions. Chu Man then personally escorted her girlfriend out of the room. At that moment, Jiang Min Min finally felt a sense of security and collapsed into Chu Man's embrace.
After regaining consciousness, Chu Man helped her girlfriend resign from her job, ensuring that she would not be able to work for any other company in the jewelry industry. Chu Man wanted her to stay quietly by her side. However, Jiang Min Min, angry and refusing the request, decided to continue working.
As Chu Man watched her departing figure, he sought advice from those around him on how to make his girlfriend obedient. Upon hearing the suggestions, he unhesitatingly decided to proceed with their marriage plans. His subordinates were impressed by his determination.
