Episode 11 recap: Ma JiaPeng Wei funded the construction of the water tower.
Jiang Da Qiao reported his recent work to Liang Sen Lin, including the water and signal issues that were troubling him. Liang Sen Lin looked at Jiang Da Qiao's report and noticed that the budget was just over ninety thousand. He realized that Jiang Da Qiao had received guidance from someone influential and decided to submit the report with that budget.
Jiang Da Qiao appeared deeply troubled, leading Liang Sen Lin to believe that Ma Jia had caused trouble again. However, Liang Sen Lin comforted Jiang Da Qiao, mentioning that Ma Jia had been cooperative in his recent work. Liang Sen Lin advised Jiang Da Qiao to give Ma Jia more time, assuring him that Ma Jia would excel. Unbeknownst to Liang Sen Lin, Jiang Da Qiao was actually concerned about a patient he had failed to save.

They realized they had to participate in the auction and successfully bought the fish, feeling happy as they left.
