Episode 13 recap: Tang Yu gets involved in a tabloid news incident during his business trip.
Tang Xin asks Tang Yu for help with scooping cat litter and deliberately mentions that men who scoop cat litter are the sexiest. Tang Yu immediately volunteers to help and notices Tang Xin stealing glances at him. He asks her what she's looking at, and although Tang Xin denies it verbally, her eyes remain fixed on Tang Yu's hands as he wipes them with a tissue after washing.
Tang Yu wants to read Tang Xin's script, but Tang Xin refuses, citing that the current script is not perfect. Tang Yu believes that the script is like Tang Xin's own child and encourages her to have confidence in it. As her boss, he also considers the script as his own child. This statement makes Tang Xin feel taken advantage of, but she also feels a sense of joy in her heart.
When Tang Xin reminds Tang Yu that he can only stay for another five minutes, he expresses his grievances and claims that he has worked hard today, even if he hasn't accomplished much. He asks Tang Xin to let him stay for an additional half an hour. Holding Tang Xin's script titled "Dreaming for You," Tang Yu sits across from her. Suddenly, Tang Xin thanks him, expressing gratitude for his unwavering belief in her. Taking this opportunity, Tang Yu suggests that he should visit Tang Xin's home for half an hour every day in the future.
Tang Ding Ding's desire to enter the entertainment industry creates a big stir in the Tang family, as most family members disagree. This disappoints Tang Ding Ding, but fortunately, Tang Yu steps up and supports her. He not only offers to set up a personal studio for Tang Ding Ding under the banner of Time Film Studio, allowing her to make independent decisions on her career path, but also convinces the family members to stop interfering with Tang Ding Ding's choices.
Tang Ding Ding returns the favor and secretly informs Tang Yu that on her birthday party, her group of sisters will be wearing princess-style dresses. Tonight is Tang Ding Ding's birthday party, and Tang Yu gets dressed early and waits outside the door. When Tang Ding Ding appears in a black dress, he is puzzled because he distinctly remembers seeing a princess dress that day. Tang Xin explains that it is Tang Ding Ding's dress, and only then does Tang Yu realize his mistake. Seeing that Tang Ding Ding's legs are exposed too much, he quickly helps tighten her dress.
At the banquet, Tang Yu and Tang Xin enter hand in hand, attracting everyone's attention. When Tang Yu needs to socialize, he separates from Tang Xin. Tang Xiong (Tang Yu's brother) figures out that Tang Xin is the girl Tang Yu is interested in and quietly reminds him. After the banquet ended, Tang Yu escorted Tang Xin to the door. He originally intended to go to Tang Xin's home to stay for a while but was ruthlessly rejected by Tang Xin. Tang Yu was not willing to give up. After changing his clothes at home, he knocked on Tang Xin's door again.
