Episode 30 recap: Xiao Yan and others entered the Jing Lian Yao Huo space.
Yao Wan Gui was deceived by the demonic fire and was about to be incinerated. Yao Chen instructed Xiao Yan to use the Bone Spirit Cold Fire and the Three Thousand Flame Fire to save Yao Wan Gui. After Yao Chen regained consciousness, he realized that he had been trapped in an illusion. He expressed gratitude to Xiao Yan, acknowledging that if it weren't for Xiao Yan, he would have perished long ago.

As the number of Huo Nu grew larger, Gu Yuan ordered everyone to attack them collectively. After driving away the Huo Nu, they finally saw the origin of Jing Lian Yao Huo.
However, in front of the origin of Jing Lian Yao Huo, everyone's true nature was exposed, and they uncontrollably began to fight and compete against each other. After calming down, Xiao Yan informed everyone that he had no intention of contending for the demonic fire. He had only come to help the seven clans subdue it. With a sinister laugh, the origin of Jing Lian Yao Huo transformed into a man in white attire. He smiled and revealed that he had just witnessed an entertaining show. Yao Chen recognized him as the humanoid form of Jing Lian Yao Huo. The man in white then sent a powerful fighter charging towards them. Xun Er, who was with Gu Yao, emitted a strange laughter. He picked up the Xuan Heavy Iron and rushed forward, while the man in white placed the real Xun Er on a stone slab, enticing Xiao Yan to take action. Xiao Yan engaged in a fierce battle with the man in black, who suddenly called him "Big Brother." It turned out that he was Xiao Chen, Xiao Xuan's cousin from the Xiao family. He cried out, apologizing to his big brother and the Xiao family, and then swung the blood axe heavily at the man in white. Taking advantage of the situation, Xiao Yan rescued Xun Er.
The man in white was completely annihilated, and Xiao Yan found the man in black to be quite peculiar. Jing Lian Yao Sheng borrowed the strange fire within Xiao Yan's body and once again suppressed Jing Lian Yao Huo. Xiao Yan recognized Jing Lian Yao Sheng as the Holy Fighter of the Spirit Clan from that day. Jing Lian Yao Sheng praised Xiao Yan for not being swayed by the allure of the demonic fire and for handling the situation calmly. Xiao Yan had demonstrated a pure and untainted nature without any greed or desire, making him the chosen one that Jing Lian Yao Sheng favored.
Gu Yao stated that since the Yao Saint had chosen Xiao Yan, Jing Lian Yao Huo belonged to no one but him. Realizing that he had no chance of subduing Jing Lian Yao Huo, Hun Mie Sheng used the Void Devouring Flame to trigger its eruption and destruction. The demonic fire was about to explode, and everyone urged Xiao Yan to leave. However, Xiao Yan insisted that since it was left to him by the Holy Fighter, he must subdue it. Xun Er, worried about Xiao Yan suffering backlash, volunteered to take on the task herself.
Xiao Yi Xian found the Bodhi Tree, and due to Xiao Yan's previous use of the Bodhi Body Saliva, the tree recognized Xiao Yi Xian.
